02/26/2022 to 03/11/2022 – Terms and conditions of the Draw “WIN 4 months worth of our compostable poop bags + a 3-Pack of Bandanas”

1. Organizer: Give A Shit - Eco Products (hereinafter GAS), email address: support@giveasht.com
2. Participation in this draw is free.
3. To participate in the draw, it is necessary to meet the following conditions:

• Follow us on our Instagram profile @giveashit_petproducts
• Give a “Like” to the publication of said giveaway
• Tag three people in Comments. You can participate with different comments, tagging three different people per comment. Duplicate comments will be removed.

We invite you to share the giveaway in your Story and tag @giveashit_petproducts.

GAS reserves the right to eliminate those comments that do not meet the requirements and/or include content that is considered inappropriate for publication.

4. The draw begins on Saturday 02/26/2022 with its publication and ends on Friday 03/11/2022 at 8:00 a.m. PST. Then, the draw will be held through the Comments Picker platform and the winner will be shown in Stories. We will only contact the winner by Direct Message once the draw is over. If after 48 hours we do not receive a response, the first substitute will be taken as the winner. In case the same happens with the first substitute, the second substitute will be taken as the winner. If there is no answer, it will be drawn again.
5. The winner, to be a creditor of his prize, will have as a condition to meet all the requirements specified in point 3.
6. Draw valid only for 7 days. Shipping costs included.
7. The prize is 4 months' worth of our compostable poop bags + a 3-pack of Dog Bandanas in your chosen size. It is not interchangeable in any way for another product or variations of it.
8. If the winner does not meet the conditions mentioned in point 4 or any of the previous points, their participation will be canceled, and the prize will be raffled again.
9. When circumstances not attributable to GAS and not foreseen in these bases and conditions justify it, the draw and/or the delivery of the prize may be canceled, suspended, or modified. Such circumstances will be notified through the institutional social networks.
10. The responsibility of GAS ends when the prize obtained by the winner is made available. The winner will hold harmless and safe @giveashit_petproducts, as well as any sponsor of the draw, its agencies, or affiliates for any damage, losses, and/or accidents that occur as a result of the use of the prize awarded.
11. The draw will be carried out randomly through the Wask.co platform.
12. This giveaway is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram Inc. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are over 14 years of age, and you release Instagram Inc from any liability and agree to Instagram Inc's Terms and Conditions.
13. GAS will process the personal data of the participants for the following purposes:

Manage the profiles of the participants to manage the draw and certify compliance with the participation requirements.

Show the winning profile in stories with the sole purpose of giving transparency to the draw. Only the minimum and necessary data will be published.

Contact the winner (and substitutes, if applicable) by Direct Message for the sole purpose of managing the delivery of the prize. If the necessary data is not provided, the delivery cannot be made.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties except for legal obligation.
