1. Bring Them Indoors

Dogs like Siberian Huskies, Newfoundlands, and Samoyeds come from cold climates and are able to handle the cold weather. However, some dogs have thin coats, which makes it harder for them to stay warm in the cold. 

Small dogs get cold quickly in the cold weather. Puppies, older dogs, and dogs with health problems cannot regulate their body temperatures as well as healthy dogs. Be sure to protect these vulnerable dogs from the cold weather.
