Here’s a bit of context: when we first started, we used Amazon’s delivery system because it was the most affordable and easy to set up for a small team. But we’ve never loved using them — and we’ve been working hard to change that.
The good news? As of last week, we’ve officially switched our standard bags and wipes to ship through a local California-based logistics partner instead of Amazon. And we’re planning to move all our products off their system in the next few months.
Your review just confirms we’re moving in the right direction. We really appreciate you speaking up, and we hope you’ll give us another shot in the future.
